The Semi Comprehensive AMC (S-AMC) plan is designed for companies seeking reliable support and priority field technicians without the premium of complete parts replacement pre-funding. It guarantees 100% service labor coverage and includes minor wear components, while excluding major Class A items.
What is included in this plan
100% Service & Labor Covered
All preventive maintenance audits, breakdown calls, travel fees, and technician labor charges are fully covered in the annual fee.
Minor Spares Included
Covers standard wear-and-tear spares (fuses, indicator bulbs, standard wiring, cooling fans, and relays) at no extra cost.
Routine Audits
Includes 4 scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance visits to perform full load checks, cleaning, and performance calibration.
Excludes Class A Components
Major high-value components (e.g. main copper transformers, power module stacks, and control microprocessors) are excluded and billed at cost.
Priority Response Times
Semi-Comprehensive customers enjoy priority dispatch queue, with technicians arriving at your site within 6 to 8 business hours.
Engineering Supervision
All complex repairs and audits are executed or supervised by senior electrical engineers to ensure strict standards.
Understanding the Class A Spares Exclusion
Class A components consist of high-value elements like main winding transformers, heavy thyristor modules, and central microprocessor controller cards. In the rare event these main elements require replacement, they are billed separately at actual factory costs, ensuring you don't pay high pre-funded insurance premiums annually.
